Stone RisingStone Rising – Stone Rising. If you are a fan of Dirty Australian Rock, this is the album you’ve been waiting for. Released back in July, we’ve finally got our hands on it and taken it for a spin.

What can you expect with this album? 10 tracks of classic rock with the raw Aussie infusion of non-pretentious, gritty rock n’ roll. Plenty of great hooks to keep you interested with loud and rowdy feel through out. The vocals threw me just a bit, they have more the feel of spoken word than singing to me. Vocals are important to me, these didn’t hit me how I hoped they would and I didn’t particularly care for them. With that said.. they absolutely fit the style of the music on this album rendering a great release when it’s all put together.

Final thoughts, a great album you can rock out to! Go getcha hands on this release. You can find Stone Rising’s track “Hell Yeah” featured on Classic Rock Magazine’s October 2019 music CD insert now, so if you have that edition, make sure you give it a spin! You can also track them down via streaming and if you want a physical CD, hit their website’s shop.
